The Guitar Hero franchise, is one of the most loved and followed franchise in the gaming world. People love the idea of pretending to be a rock star stripper and being able to actively involve themselves by playing the controls on the guitar. This makes even the smallest of musical talented people feel like a musical giant. It was this following that has brought about the development of guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.

Legends of Rock, available on all major platform systems, is not just a slight update from the previous games, but is instead a fresh experience worthy of purchase even if you own the others in the Guitar Hero series. If you haven't played any of the Guitar Hero games of the past, the premise is simple. Using the guitar controller, you play along to the music by hitting buttons on the controller as their corresponding shapes scroll down the screen in front of you. The basic tenant of the game is to correctly time your strumming - when done correctly, even the most amateur player can sound like a rock star.

Although the game play in Guitar Hero III is 99% similar to previous games, it has an entirely new and different soundtrack, which is undeniably the best in the series. Along with the new tracks come a list of impressive rock and roll legends, such as Slash and Jimi Hendrix. Although the storyline is minimal, it is important to remember this is not a game that requires much of a story.

Music games are only as good as they sound, however, and Legends of Rock sounds great, especially if you have access to a surround sound system. Just be careful that your neighbors aren't around when you end up going in to "star power" mode, as this game really cranks when you want it to! Graphically, Legends of Rock isn't the most impressive showstopper available, but again, this game is not about graphics or storyline.

You are creating something that people will keep for years to come. You are capturing a very special moment in people's lives. If you are a photographer you might want to consider photographing weddings because there is a lot of money to be made by doing them. A disclaimer should be included in a well written up first time contract. If you don't have a disclaimer you could be sued afterwards. There are a few reason you should not be held accountable for and they are failure of equipment, miss placed pictures after they were sent away, and photos that do not develop properly. You do not want to be sued for breaching your contract.

The hourly rate and how many pictures are to be taken should also be included in the contract. Include how much the cost of development is and the cost of the album. Your client's requirements are important so make sure you talk it over with them. They might want a certain person or family they would like pictures of since they don't get to see them often, so that should be discussed as well if it is an issue.

Make a list of all the pictures that your client's requested. Here are a few common ones, pre-ceremony, wedding ceremony, post-ceremony and reception. Who will be in certain photographs should be discussed with the client as well. Not every client will be the same so pay attention to what they are saying.

When you schedule your clients in make sure they pay you a deposit. Most people will pay you 50% prior to the wedding and the remaining afterwards. You should set a date when the remainding amount will be paid because you do not want to be bothering the bride and groom during the reception for payment! I-pods From The Beginning

We all know the ipod to be the most popular portable media device in the world. First seen in 2001 the original model had 5 gig of memory and was only compatible with mp3 files but at the time, 5 gig of memory was the most anyone had every seen in an mp3 player so it was a monumental success.

There have been five re-releases of the classic version and it is therefore now in its sixth generation. When you read the specifications of the newest models you can see how far the ipod has come since its original release.

The latest version is compatible with pretty much any file format as well as being able to play videos, images and games. You can put pretty much anything on it and use it as a portable hard drive and with 80 to 160 gig models available, you literally put anything on it.

Over the last few years there have been different models of the ipod, the first of which (apart from the classic of course) was the ipod mini. This was the first to be available in multi-colours and was much cheaper than the classic version and so for a while, ipod minis were to be found everywhere.

Then there was the ipod shuffle, which was essentially a cheap version without the screen. The shuffle is a much simpler version and only plays songs. The lack of a display screen means that they are far cheaper to manufacture and therefore far cheaper to buy.

The most recent addition the ipod family is the ipod touch. This version has a full length touch screen and looks fairly similar to the iphone. It has huge storage capabilities and some have even said (slightly falsely, although I can see where theyre coming from) that the only difference between the ipod touch and the iphone is that you cant make phone calls on the ipod touch.

Over the last eight or so years weve seen the ipod evolve to heights that werent thought possible when it was first released. With over 173,000,000 sold world wide it is the most popular portable media device on the market, and arguable the best.

Another myth that is propagated is the keyword density on the webpage. Google does not bother about keyword density. So you should also not bother about it. Dont waste your money on buying keyword density tools.

Google uses LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). It is a totally different ball game. You dont need to bother about it. Just write each post as if you are talking with the reader. Forget about how the search engine is going to look at your webpage. It is the reader who should be more important for you; this is exactly what LSI is and what Google also likes.

To begin with, you should start on the park's website itself. Usually, the theme park's website will offer discounts similar to the ones that they have sold to other vendors in order to compete. Sometimes, by buying directly from the website you can get web only fares and save around $10.

Credit Unions are also a good place to look. Many credit unions offer their members discounted theme park tickets for local parks. The Health and Education Credit Union, for example, offers its members half-priced King's Island tickets.

There are also several name brand products that offer coupons for theme parks. Check your Coca Cola and Pepsi cans before throwing them in the garbage. In the summertime, they often contain discounted coupons for theme parks. The usually offer around $5 off per ticket. You want to be sure that you read the fine print, however, because you might need more than one can to get everyone in your group a discount.

The grocery store is also a good place to check for good deals on theme parks. Stores like Meijer and Kroger often offer discounts to their customers.

Big Sound, Big Changes - DMB's Big Whiskey

Dave Matthews Band has returned with an all new album and an all new sound, after a four year hiatus of sorts. There newest album "Big Whiskey And The Groogrux King" has departed from earlier works by the DMB.

The Dave Matthews Band, has been known for a more rocking sound then their contemporary counterparts such as Phish or Moe. This album takes a different turn towards areas that they have yet to visit. DMB breaks away from their early, main stream sound, and uses this album to expand on a more mature approach towards music and it's influences, while highlighting their departed friend and founding band member, LeRoi Moore.

Moore died in 2008 as a result of complications caused by an ATV accident. His role as saxophonist was taken up in the studio by Jeff Coffin. Many theorize the band came back together to make this album as a sort of tribute to Moore, and this is easily across the CD.

Many of the songs on this new album, especially the first release, "Funny the Way It Is", reflect the loss of Moore and the way the band dealt with his passing. "Funny the Way It Is" is most likely the track that most resembles the old Dave Matthews band sound while encompassing their new direction. Other songs on the album, such as "Alligator Pie" and "Baby Blue" show the influence on the band from their time apart, working with other people such as former Soul Coughing frontman Mike Doughty, and their experience recording in Louisiana with producer Rob Cavallo.

With a Delta Blues sound, along with New Orleans strippers French Quarter influences this album show the bands ability to play, despite the loss of Moore.

While it is a departure from past albums, true fans of the band are likely to find the feeling of the music little changed, although the sound has. If those same fans have found the heart of the sound with the Dave Matthews Band before, they will find it again here, and enjoy the little bit of change the band offers up. "Big Whiskey And The Groogrux King" is sure to become a DMB classic on par with "Under the Table and Dreaming" and "Crash", even though it may take a little getting used to if your listening to it right after those albums.

All around the globe, sushi restaurants or Japanese cuisine trends are spreading. These sushi restaurants are considered hip and trendy. Almost everyone enjoys Japanese cooking. This of course includes sushi menu selections. Osaka is famous for incorporating their very own fresh seafood by placing bits of food on top of seasoned or flavored rice pads. This technique is still used in making sushi rolls today.

For those who have not tried eating in sushi restaurants before, you may want to familiarize yourselves with the usual ways these restaurants mold and shape the look of the selections in their sushi menus. The top three styles of sushi are Nigri, Maki and Temaki. The nigri is the type of sushi wherein a piece of seafood, usually fish, is laid on top of a pad of rice and secured with nori or seaweed paper. Maki, the most common type, is when the ingredients are places inside a roll of rice, wrapped in nori and sliced into small round or square pieces. The temaki is another sushi menu selection. These are cone-shaped hand-rolled sushi that contain a sizable amount of ingredients and are wrapped entirely in nori. These are served and should be eaten with hands.

For those who prefer vegetarian choices, many restaurants now serve vegetarian sushi rolls. Inari, for example, is made of fried tofu and rice. This is a simple yet tasty sushi type.
